Ingredients to make Sangrecita de pollo:
1 kilogram of chicken blood
1½ units of Onion
1½ cups of Chinese onion
1 teaspoon of Cumin
1 teaspoon of Pepper
1 dessert spoon of Garlic
1 dessert spoon of Red pepper
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of ground garlic
1 cup of oil
1 handful of peppermint
1 unit of Pepper
1 unit of Rocoto
How to make Chicken Blood:
Fry the blood in oil and move with the spatula and cut with it, add the onion, chili peppers, garlic, pepper, cumin, oregano, hot pepper and chili pepper.
Stir well and add mint and finally the Chinese onion.
In Peru it is eaten for breakfast with bread and sweet potato, also in lunches of Creole food as part of the various Peruvian dishes.
